The clients request was to have a "California" feel in Hunting Valley, OH.  The newly designed Cabana in combination with the modern design swimming pool accomplished this.  The acrylic hot tub with modern pool stepping stones gave the client the clean lines and modern feel.  Overlooking this beautiful pool is a "Faux Swing Tree".  This steel and fiberglass tree was shipped in pieces and constructed on site by our team.  This project gives our client beauty at every angle.

The client wanted a garage addition with the vision of a swimming pool.  We designed an extraordinary outdoor space connecting a New Lanai to the New garage addition.  Making a seamless entertaining area with spa and soaking pool this backyard is a modern oasis.

Custom Built Home December 2013

This client was looking for a very unique house to fit his lifestyle.  Entertaining spaces were very important in the design and flow of this gorgeous 9,500 sf Mediterranean modern estate.  The grand two-story entry features a 10ft front door, custom designed light rail system, beautiful ceiling details and a curved floating staircase and railing. Adjacent to the entry are the dining room and library, each incorporating large French doors that mimic the front entry. On the rear side of the staircase, you will find the entry to the second story loft overlooking the two story indoor pool. The chef’s kitchen includes two islands, oversized state of the art appliances, quartz countertops and beams accenting the ceiling. The kitchen opens up into the living room that contains an inverted coffered cork wrapped ceiling and modern fireplace. The master suite includes a tranquil sitting area with fireplace that showcase unique wood details on the wall and ceiling. The lower level of the home includes a guest suite, living area, media and entertainment room, fitness room and sauna, indoor basketball court and two story indoor pool, spa and bar. The pool room boasts a led lit ceiling, custom tiled hot tub with waterfall, a bar and grill, and recessed sitting area and pool bath. The entire pool room is equipped with a state of the art audio and visual system that allows the homeowner to change the water features, music, television and lighting with the touch of a button.
