We went through 2 landscape designers whose designs were nice but did not hit our desired outcome. Cloonan's design was interesting, unique and accomplished all of our objectives. We had a somewhat complex project as we had an 8 ft. drop from our house to the lowest point in the yard which requires 12-16 steps. However, we did not want more than 4-5 steps in any one spot and were very specific in many of the design elements. We were also trying to incorporate multiple features into a relatively small area (patio, fire pit, bocce court, play yard plus more).
