We went through 2 landscape designers whose designs were nice but did not hit our desired outcome. Cloonan's design was interesting, unique and accomplished all of our objectives. We had a somewhat complex project as we had an 8 ft. drop from our house to the lowest point in the yard which requires 12-16 steps. However, we did not want more than 4-5 steps in any one spot and were very specific in many of the design elements. We were also trying to incorporate multiple features into a relatively small area (patio, fire pit, bocce court, play yard plus more). While reasonable, we were very involved in most details of the project. The project from beginning to end had open communications. There were definitely some challenges given this project was done during Covid. However with transparency and professionalism from design to construction to follow up, the outcome is stunning and reflective of the effort and financial commitment. Patrick and Noah Cloonan and all of the sub-contractors used on the project combined to provide a high quality and impressive transformation of our yard which we can enjoy and will last for many many years.
