The design process was informative and enlightening, as we were able to fully understand the process, because we had honest communication with Patrick. Noah and Pat, along with their whole team, were extremely professional. Our backyard redesign and pool project last summer was far larger in size and scope than anything I have done before. They came up with a beautiful design that we could have never imagined starting from what we had. Execution was fantastic. They work with the same subs consistently and thus have more control than most GCs in terms of quality expectations and timing. If you look at the before and after pics the transformation is astounding. They are busy, especially in the summer, however one of them was personally at our house nearly every day until the project was complete. We had a firm deadline with a wedding coming up and they hit it despite running into some complex and unexpected curveballs related to drainage/topography, not to mention NE Ohio weather. Pat and Noah care about their work, are skilled and take it seriously, which feels more rare than it used to. We love our yard and are so thankful. Our newly built home was in the middle of very wet mud hole. Cloonan and team found the fill dirt needed, connected the down spouts and sump pump and ran it all the way to the ditch by the road, this changed everything, before this our sump pump couldn't even keep up with the water flow during a heavy rain.
